YOU Mazagine feature Sarah Angold today!

Keep your eyes open for YOU magazines feature on Sarah Angold this weekend.Then come and let those eyes feast of the real thing in our Angold window. Each piece a sculptural wonder.

Sarah Angold Studio launched its latest Sci-Fi inspired collection at Premiere Classe as part of Paris Fashion Week 2012. References to Ridley Scott's Blade Runner are softened with feminine art deco influences for the women's jewellery.

Each piece is handmade by Angold and her team in their East London studio. Intricate constructions made of tiny brass watch bolts, solid silver, gold and cast acrylic can take up to a day to build. With most runs capped at thirty, every limited edition piece is engraved with its production number.

Angold's structural and geometric graduation has become a recognizable signature, and her use of laser cut acrylic remains industrial yet elegant in her latest collection.

Serbian born designer Milena Kovanovic graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2006. Her highly acclaimed pieces have received numerous commissions and press, following the launch of her own label. Her stunning collections epitomise style, originality and opulence.

Influenced by the natural world and her passion for art, design and photography, Milena creates modern objet d'art. A self confessed hoarder of all things quirky who took an early interest in science and antiquity, she now translates this into original and wearable jewellery.

We are privileged to stock her beautiful 'Krystalline' collection. Delicate tendrils and bubbles of silver encapsulate raw crystals in the metal. Choosing unusual stones such as Imperial Topaz and Garden Quartz for their character and colour, demonstrates Milena's gemology expertise.

As autumn has awoken so has our window with a wonderful woodland scene

With Lizzie Pearces eye grabbing felt jewellery collection, the Bunny, Badger and Deer head brooches illustrating her interest in the dark fairytale imagery and her appreciation of the beauty of nature.

We are led on to see the beauty that is created when nature inspires with designers such as Lydia Feasts enamelled leaf pendants, Torz Cartwrights spinning Jenny necklaces, Grianne Mortons butterfly earrings, Rebekah Seagroatt mini bio spheres, Marianne Anderson and Kate Wood's garnet and ruby pieces glimmering like ripe berries.

With Graciela Fuentes Tirana collection of old timepieces, cogs and found objects they emerge as reminders of the whimsical passing of time.

Get it while it's hot, 27 Degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walnut Whip

Naomi McIntosh's collection has led to some intersting comments from customers including;

'How heavy is the iron necklace in the window?' and ' Dont they smell beautiful!' They are created from lovely layers of walnut.

Inspiration for the Naomi McIntosh pieces comes from a fascination with rock formations as well as the contours of the body. Construction, architectural methodologies and drawing conventions have also contributed to this unusual way of working. Naomi says, ‘I think of the body as a landscape and use cross sections to suggest spaces on the surface of the skin. When worn these fluid works act in synchronicity with the body.
